Being one of three black students in school,  at a very early age, Shane realized his differences and struggled with confidence. Noticing his challenges, his mother encouraged him to participate in sports and the arts. Shane excelled as an athlete but also had a hidden love for drama and fashion. He would sit and watch his mother use her sewing machine and create clothes for hours. Today, Shane has completely embraced his differences leading him to walk runways, model for top brands, and feature in magazines. Shane encourages others to pursue their dreams and embrace their differences.
